Refund and Returns Policy
Easy Return Policy
Time Frame: Please request a return within 3 days (72 hours) from the receipt of the product. No return or exchange requests will be accepted after 3 days or 72 hours of delivery.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the invoice. It must also be in the original box provided.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Nose pins
- Nolaks
- Tiklis priced below Rs.300
- Shipping Charges
Applicable Charges:
Customers must pay the applicable shipping charges based on the order value.
Policy for Exchanged Items
Once an item has been exchanged, no further return/exchange requests will be accepted except for manufacturing defects or damaged items.
Mandatory Opening Video
An opening video is required for processing returns/exchanges due to manufacturing defects or damages.

Doorstep Return Pickup
Cost: Rs.100 per package. This fee is waived in case of manufacturing defects.

Refund Process
Inspection
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 2 business days if the item meets our satisfaction criteria.
Shipping Charges Deduction
Prepaid Orders: Up to Rs.100 will be deducted from the refund amount for shipping charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Up to Rs.200 will be deducted from the refund amount for shipping charges.
Mode of Refund
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
COD Orders: We will request payment details to process the refund.
Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method upon cancellation.
